According to these reports, 63-year-old Ever Mae Banks was on foot crossing Gregg Street from the east side to the west side when the accident took place. An allegedly white vehicle of unknown make or model was southbound on Gregg Street when, for unknown reasons, it struck Banks as she was attempting to cross the street.
