Rockwall, TX — December 14, 2024, Evelyn Wagner was injured following a car accident accident at around 12:36 a.m. along Sids Road.

One of the issues with single-vehicle wrecks is that they don’t always get the attention they deserve. Authorities have a lot on their plates, and that sometimes leads to accidents like this slipping through the cracks. It would shock folks how often I get calls from people who feel authorities were too quick to move on from their situation or who simply cared more about blaming someone than hearing out the victim’s side of the story. That may not be the case here—authorities can certainly conduct thorough, careful investigations. But whenever victims or families find that their questions and concerns aren’t being addressed, it’s often a sign the accident would be better off in the hands of more thorough independent accident reconstructionists.
