Arlington, TX — June 4, 2023, Enrique Alonzo was injured following a two car accident at around 2:00 a.m. along South Cooper Street.
Investigators in their initial statements said that the crash happened at the intersection Cooper Street in Hardisty Drive, just south of Sublett Road.
According to preliminary information, 42-year-old Enrique Alonzo was in a Chevy Silverado that was traveling northbound along South Cooper Street. Approaching the Hardisty Drive intersection, an Acura was apparently coming to a stop. Somehow, the Silverado crashed into the back of the Acura at the intersection.
Due to this collision, authorities said that Alonzo sustained injuries which they said were incapacitating at the time. There were no occupants in the Acura who had any listed injuries. Currently, there are no additional details surrounding the factors leading up to the crash which can be confirmed. Further investigations are pending.
