San Antonio, TX — May 25, 2023, Elva Rapanotti was fatally injured due to a golf cart accident at approximately 11:14 p.m. on Dominion Drive.
According to initial details about the crash, the incident took place at the intersection of Dominion Drive and Frua Lane.
Details say that 61-year-old Elva Rapanotti was a passenger in a golf cart that was reportedly going eastbound along Frua. The golf cart apparently was making a turn onto Dominion at the time. The golf cart was said to have taken the curve too sharply, and Rapanotti was thrown from the vehicle into the roadway.
As a result of the incident, Rapanotti sustained serious injuries which ultimately proved fatal. The driver of the cart was not injured. Current information shows that authorities are investigating whether alcohol was a factor in the accident. No further information is currently available.
