Currently, additional details surrounding the accident are unclear, but authorities did mention the victim had his emergency lights on at the time. So why didn’t the other driver slow down? Did authorities check that driver’s cell phone records? Is visibility obstructed in this area? Was the driver drunk? Were they going too fast? It seems like there’s likely more to this story, and experience tells me it’s best those affected by serious accidents have as much information available as possible, even if it seems clear who’s to blame for the accident.
