According to authorities, Dzago A. Kluyibo’s Toyota Camry and a semi-truck were westbound when the two vehicles collided.

Dzago A. Kluyibo was reportedly transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. There are no reports if the truck driver was injured or not.

Officials are still looking into the cause of the accident.
