Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

Pedestrian accidents can be rather complex sometimes, though people tend to assume they’re open-and-shut. Despite what many may assume, things aren’t just about who had the right-of-way. There must also be consideration for how visible and avoidable someone was. That’s an especially important concern in busy areas where one can expect there to be a lot of pedestrians. That’s why I have to wonder if authorities are taking the time to dig into the details here and ensure they’re not overlooking anything important.
