Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

Single-vehicle wrecks can be a lot more complex than folks realize. There can be unexpected and challenging factors to consider, like mechanical issues, road design flaws, medical conditions, defective tires, etc. But most people will just assume the driver messed up because that’s more common. Even authorities can be quick to move on to other priorities they feel are more important. But even common factors can happen alongside extenuating circumstances that require special attention from accident reconstructionists. Maybe nothing like that happened here, but it’s important the evidence speaks for itself.
