Bertram, TX — March 2, 2023, David Lee Giles was injured in a collision with a passenger vehicle around 1:40 p.m. on Elm St. in Bertram.
Authorities report the victim’s Chevy Silverado had just completed a right-hand turn from West St. onto Elm St. when it was allegedly backed into by a Ford F-150 attempting to park in a parking lot. The Ford F-150 reportedly collided with the passenger side of the Silverado.
Mr. Giles purportedly suffered incapacitating injuries. Authorities have not specified what caused the severity of the injuries.
