Shenandoah, TX — August 29, 2023, Courtney Patteson and another driver were injured in a collision with a bus around 5 p.m. on I-45N in Shenandoah.
Investigators report Ms. Patteson’s Nissan Altima was rear-ended by a bus while she was stopped in traffic on I-45. The initial impact purportedly forced the Altima forward into the back of a Mercedes-Benz 300.
No one on the bus was injured. However, Courtney Patteson reportedly suffered serious injuries, and the driver in the Mercedes-Benz reportedly suffered minor injuries.
According to investigators, the bus driver was charged with driver inattention.
