Arlington, TX — June 12, 2023, Corey Antonio Banks was killed following a semi-trailer accident at around 10:01 a.m. along Pioneer Parkway.
Preliminary information provided by authorities indicates that the crash happened in the area of the Pioneer Parkway (Spur 303) and Forum Drive intersection.
According to initial details released, 28-year-old Corey Antonio Banks was in a Chevy Camaro that was going eastbound along Pioneer Parkway. Details suggest that a tractor-trailer had exited a private driver on the north side of Pioneer and was crossing to go southbound on Forum. While the trailer was still in the roadway, Banks’s vehicle crashed into the side of the rear axles.
The collision resulted in Banks sustaining fatal injuries. No one else was reported as injured. At this time, authorities do not report any charges or citations stemming from the crash. No further information can be confirmed.
