St. Charles County, MO — August 26, 2024, Connor Lipp was killed following a pedestrian versus truck accident shortly before 3:00 a.m. along I.H. 70.
According to authorities, 23-year-old Connor Lipp was on foot walking along the active lanes of eastbound Interstate Highway 70 in the vicinity of Mid Rivers Mall Drive when the accident took place.
The cause of the accident remains unclear. Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, Lipp was struck by an eastbound 18-wheeler.
