Kerr County, TX — November 11, 2023, Cody Alan Brown was killed following a single-vehicle accident at around 6:10 a.m. off Farm-to-Market. 1340.
According to officials, the incident happened in the area of Fallow Run following a long series of circumstances detailed to the public by authorities.
Their investigations said that 34-year-old Cody Alan Brown had been drinking and possibly did not have sufficient rest due to personal circumstances going on prior to the incident. They say they believe Brown was going to work but planned to visit someone in Hunt prior to doing so. On the way there, Brown’s vehicle ran off the side of the road where it crashed into a tree and caught fire. Due to this, Brown succumbed to fatal injuries.
Authorities right now say they suspect fatigue was the cause of the crash, however this cannot be confirmed without further evidence. Officials did not release additional public statements on the fatal crash.
