Hamilton County, TX — June 15, 2023, Clayton Miller was injured due to an alleged drunk driver accident at 10:07 p.m. along U.S. Highway 281.
Investigators said they were called to the area of U.S. 281 mile marker 362. It appears that 52-year-old Clayton Miller was on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle traveling southbound along U.S. 281.

Authorities say that a pickup was coming out of a private drive on the east side of the road making a left turn onto southbound lanes. That vehicle reportedly failed to yield and entered the path of Miller’s motorcycle. The two vehicles then collided.
As a result of the collision, Miller sustained injuries believed to have been incapacitating. The other driver did not have any listed injuries. Authorities did say, however, that they believe the pickup driver had been under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident. They recommended charges for intoxication assault, the current status of which cannot be confirmed pending further investigations.
