An investigation is underway into a car accident that left one person injured during the morning hours of September 24th. According to official reports, Christina Tiemann was travelling in a Toyota Tacoma on Pleasantview Dr. in the westbound lanes, at the Norwood Dr. intersection, when a Chevy Tahoe coming from the south on Norwood failed to yield the right-of-way and struck Tiemann on the side.
As a result of the impact, both vehicles sustained significant damage. When first responders arrived on the scene, they found that Tiemann had sustained serious injuries and transported her to the hospital. At this time there has been no further information released from the accident, including the status of Tiemann’s injuries and whether any charges or citations will be filed.
