Christian Wallace Injured in Car Accident in Waxahachie, TX

Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, an eastbound Honda van on Sardis road failed to yield the right of way to highway traffic at the stop sign, entering the intersection at an apparently unsafe time. This resulted in a collision between the front-right of the van and the front-left of the Honda. The collision caused the Honda to veer to the right where it crashed into the front-right of a Chevy Silverado which had been at a stop west-facing at the stop sign.

Wallace incurred suspected severe injuries as a result of the wreck and was transported to a local medical facility by emergency medical services in order to receive necessary treatment. The 51-yhear old man who had been behind the wheel of the van suffered apparently moderate injuries, as well.

Additional details pertaining to this incident are not available at this point in time. The investigation is currently ongoing.
