Henderson County, TX — June 22, 2025, two children were killed as the result of a boat capsize accident around 9:00 p.m. along Cedar Creek.
Preliminary details about the accident say that multiple people were on a boat at the time. Somehow, the boat lost control and capsized. Due to this, a 3-year-old and a 5-year-old were thrown into the water, and they ultimately were killed.
There were no other reported injuries due to the accident. Authorities say they’re investigating the factors leading up to the crash.
