Burleson County, TX — August 1, 2024, Chantell Noble and one other person were injured in a car accident shortly before 8:45 p.m. along State Highway 36.
According to authorities, 18-year-old Chantell Noble was traveling in a southeast bound Kia Forte on S.H. 36 in the vicinity southeast of C.R. 409 when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, for reasons yet to be confirmed, a northwest bound Cadillac occupied by a 32-year-old man attempted to pass another vehicle at an apparently unsafe time. This poorly timed maneuver resulted in a head-on collision with the oncoming Kia.
Both Noble and the man from the Cadillac suffered reportedly serious injuries as a result of the wreck; they were each transported to local medical facilities by EMS in order to receive necessary treatment. Additional details pertaining to this incident are not available at this point in time. The investigation is currently ongoing.
