Dallas, TX — September 10, 2025, Chandra Nagamallaiah was killed as the result of a machete attack around 9:30 a.m. at a motel off Samuell Boulevard.
According to initial details about the incident, it happened at a motel off the corner of Samuell Boulevard and Dolphin Road, south of the Tenison Park Golf Course.
Investigators said the incident occurred when Chandra Nagamallaiah was speaking to two cleaners. One of the cleaners reportedly became upset with Chandra Nagamallaiah, and that person got a machete. The cleaner then allegedly attacked Chandra Nagamallaiah, ultimately killing him, according to authorities.
The alleged attack was arrested following the killing. Authorities say they’ve charged that person with capital murder. Right now, the incident is still under investigation.
