Uvalde County, TX — March 4, 2023, Cassandra Siegel was killed in a single-vehicle accident around 11:17 p.m. on Hwy 127 in Uvalde County.

Sources report Cassandra Siegel’s Toyota Rav4 was southbound on Hwy. 127 when the vehicle somehow veered across the road and glanced off of a northside guardrail. The impact then reportedly sent the Rav4 off the south side of the road into a rollover crash. During the rollover, the Rav4 reportedly struck a tree, a fence, and a metal pole.

Cassandra Siegel suffered fatal injuries in the accident.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation; there are no further updates at this time.
