McLennan County, TX — January 1, 2024, Casey Lee Walker sustained injuries as the result of a single-vehicle car accident at around 12:55 a.m. on F.M. 107.
Authorities gave preliminary information about the crash following investigations. It reportedly happened in the area of the Eddy Gatesville Parkway and Doss Lane intersection near Moody.
According to officials, 23-year-old Casey Lee Walker was in a vehicle going westbound along F.M. 107. The vehicle somehow went off the right side of the road where it began to skid into the ditch. There, the vehicle reportedly hit a mailbox and overturned.
Walker was apparently thrown from the vehicle during the rollover, and Walker’s injuries were described as serious. There were no other occupants mentioned by authorities. The cause of the crash can’t be confirmed based on current information.
