Gaines County, TX — March 4, 2023, Carlos Isaac Perez-Loera was killed in a single-vehicle accident at the intersection of C.R. 251 and C.R. 214 in Gaines County.
Crash investigators report that Carlos Isaac Perez-Loera’s vehicle was northbound on County Road 251 when he may have allegedly ignored a stop sign for unknown reasons. The car continued through the T intersection with CR 214, then left the roadway and rolled over in a pasture.
Perez-Loera, 20, suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation, and there are no further updates at this time.
