Leon County, TX — September 2, 203, Carlos Carillo Rodriguez was injured in a collision with a semi-truck around 5:45 a.m. on I-45 in Leon County.
According to officials, Mr. Rodriguez’s Nissan Titan was southbound on the highway when, for some unreported reason, his truck lost control and veered into the northbound lanes. The pickup truck reportedly overturned in a rollover accident and then was struck by a northbound Freightliner semi-truck.
Carlos Rodriguez reportedly sustained serious injuries in the crash.
Reports indicate authorities have not determined the cause of the crash.
