As more information comes out about this accident, and with authorities reportedly being in contact with the truck’s owner, it’s important to remember the public rarely gets to hear the whole story. One of the most common reasons I get calls about serious truck wrecks is because victims and families simply want to be sure their side of the story is being told fairly. That can take a far more thorough investigation than a typical police report. So as more details come out regarding this crash, it’s best folks simply avoid jumping to conclusions and let the evidence speak for itself.
