Authorities are investigating after a car accident left one person injured on I-15. According to official statements, a Ford Crown Vic was travelling on Interstate 15 in the northbound lanes near Bear Valley Road, when for unknown reasons the vehicle was struck by a Volkswagen Jetta which caused the Ford to roll off the highway by at least 100 feet.
The Jetta fled the area, and when emergency personnel arrived on the scene they found that the driver had been seriously injured and they were transported to the hospital for treatment.
