Victoria County, TX — May 24, 2024, a man sustained injuries due to a single-vehicle car accident at around 7:11 p.m. along US Highway 87.
Authorities said that the incident took place northwest of the city near Leeper Lane.
According to officials, a 32-year-old man was in a Toyota Rav4 going southeast along the highway. The vehicle reportedly lost control, and it overturned off the side of the road. Due to this, the driver was seriously injured.
There did not appear to be anyone else involved in the crash, additional details are unavailable.

One of the the challenges with single-vehicle accidents is they don’t always get the attention they deserve. If authorities feel there are “more important” things to work on, they might move on before they’ve looked at the whole story.
