Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
As straight-forward as this may seem, there really aren’t any open-and-shut car accidents. They all needed to be taken seriously and receive careful investigations. That way, victims and families will have all the evidence they need, and any potential unusual circumstances can be examined should they come up. Simply treating an accident as run-of-the-mill just because authorities blamed someone is bound to let something important slip through the cracks.
