According to reports, the 18-year-old was driving in a vehicle along the North State Highway 130 Service Road—which ends in a dead end—near Gregg Manor Road when the incident occurred.
For unknown reasons, the vehicle didn’t stop at the dead end of the service road, continuing on to crash in a construction site.
