Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

One of the concerns with pedestrian accidents is they aren’t always taken seriously. People tend to jump to conclusions, and they may just assume everything comes down to who had the right-of-way. Important as that is, there are other factors to consider, such as lighting, signage, road design, alcohol, medical conditions, distraction, etc. If authorities have yet to dig into all of that, there could still be more to the story.
