San Antonio, TX — November 16, 2023, one person was injured as the result of a car accident at around 2:57 a.m. along Glen Ridge Drive.
Authorities said in their statements that the crash happened in the area of Glen Ridge and Popping Drive.
It appears an unidentified 26-year-old woman was operating a Honda with a passenger identified as Jason Mcclellan. The vehicle was apparently rounding a curve on Glen Ridge when it lost control, went off the side of the road, and crashed into a utility pole.
Authorities allege that the woman they believe was driving the vehicle had been drinking, but this has not been confirmed and no charges have been reported. There is also some discrepancy about who was actually driving the vehicle. Whether or not authorities have cleared all of this up since their initial statements remains to be seen.
