Austin, TX — December 11, 2023, one person was killed in a hit-and-run car accident at approximately 2:30 in the morning along 7th Street.
According to reports, the accident took place on 7th Street in the vicinity of the Red River Street intersection.
The causal factors of the accident are unknown. Allegedly, a pickup truck was traveling eastbound on 7th street when it struck the pedestrian; the driver fled the scene. The man who had been hit by the pickup truck was declared deceased at the scene of the accident.
