Wichita Falls, TX — September 10, 2023, Brian Dennis Lockwood was killed in a motorcycle crash near 2500 East Central Freeway in Wichita Falls.
According to investigators, Wichita Falls patrol officers were called out to a possible motorcycle crash around 9:42 a.m. When they began to investigate, officials reportedly found Brian Dennis Lockwood deceased in a fountain at the base of a natural stone sign for the city of Wichita Falls.
Authorities believe Mr. Lockwood was traveling west in the 2600 block of the Central East Freeway when his motorcycle somehow lost control, slid down a median, overturned, and landed in the pond. The estimated time of the accident is reportedly 1 a.m.
Reports indicate authorities have not determined the cause of the crash.
