Ellis County, TX — June 29, 2023, Brandon Rowden was injured as the result of a single-vehicle car accident at around 1:10 p.m. along I-35E.
Authorities said in their statements that the crash took place along southbound lanes of the interstate near Lofland Drive.
According to investigators, 38-year-old Brandon Rowden was in a Nissan Altima that was going southbound along the interstate. For reasons which are unclear, the vehicle lost control and crashed into one of the barriers. The vehicle then ricocheted between both barriers before coming to a stop.
As a result of the crash, Rowden sustained injuries which were said to be incapacitating. There did not appear to be any other vehicles involved in the accident. Right now, the exact factors leading up to the crash cannot be confirmed pending more thorough investigations.
