Randall County, TX — February 10, 2024, Brandon Boyd was killed in a rollover car accident at approximately 2:30 a.m. along U.S. Highway 87.

According to authorities, 26-year-old Brandon Boyd was traveling in a northbound Chevy Silverado on U.S. 87 when the accident took place.

The causal factors that led to the wreck are still unclear. Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, the pickup truck failed to safely maintain its lane of travel. It allegedly veered off of the roadway and drove through a creek bed before crashing into an embankment and overturning. The truck rolled an unknown number of times before coming to a stop resting on its roof.

Boyd reportedly incurred critical injuries as a result of the accident. He was transported to a local medical facility by emergency medical services in order to receive immediate treatment. However, he was ultimately unable to overcome his injuries, having later been declared deceased.
