Houston, TX — July 4, 2023, Brandie Nicole Galindo was injured due to a car accident at approximately 1:30 p.m. along the Gulf Freeway.
Details from Houston and Harris County officials indicate that the crash happened along I-45 just off El Dorado Boulevard in the parking lot of a business listed at 18178 Gulf Freeway.
According to officials, 35-year-old Brandie Nicole Galindo was in a Dodge Charger that was going eastbound through the parking lot of the shopping center. Ahead, it appears a northbound Honda Civic attempted a left turn, reportedly failing to yield to Galindo’s vehicle. The caused the vehicles to collide.
Statements from authorities list Galindo as having non-incapacitating injuries due to the crash. It’s unclear if anyone else was hurt as a result of the collision. While additional details haven’t been confirmed, county officials filed charges for Failure to Stop and Render Aid against the driver of the Honda. This and other details are still under investigation at this time.
