Arlington, TX — February 8, 2024, Brandice Cornelius and one other person were injured in a car accident just after 8:00 p.m. along Cooper Street.
According to authorities, 46-year-old Brandice Cornelius and two other females were traveling in a southbound Nissan Armada along Cooper Street in the vicinity of the Harris Road intersection when the accident occurred.

The causal factors that led to the accident are still unclear. Officials indicate that, for unknown reasons, the Nissan was rear-ended by a southbound Toyota Camry occupied by a 17-year-old boy. After the collision, the Toyota reportedly struck a curb and overturned.
Cornelius incurred suspected severe injuries as a result of the accident, while the boy from the Camry suffered apparently moderate injuries. Both were transported to local medical facilities by emergency medical services in order to receive necessary treatment. No other injuries have been reported.
