How Did This Accident Occur?

Driver fatigue is a likely cause for any crash at 2:30 in the morning, but I’ve learned not to assume the most obvious answer is the right one.

What if the SUV had to swerve because of the actions of another vehicle? What if the Expedition had braking or steering issues?

These are just possibilities until authorities complete their investigation into this crash.
