Randall County, TX — April 10, 2024, Bobbi Blasingame was injured in a car accident at approximately 12:15 p.m. along F.M. 1151.
According to authorities, 64-year-old Bobbi Blasingame was traveling in a westbound Hyundai Santa Fe SUV on F.M. 1151 in the vicinity west of Aussie Circle when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, for reasons yet to be confirmed, a westbound Jeep on Farm to Market 1151 attempted a U-turn in order to head eastbound at an apparently unsafe time. This resulted in a collision between the Hyundai and the Jeep. The crash caused the SUV to overturn, rolling an unknown number of times before coming to a stop resting on its roof.
Blasingame reportedly suffered severe injuries as a result of the wreck; she was transported to a local medical facility by emergency medical services in order to receive necessary treatment. No other injuries have been reported.
