There are currently a lot of unanswered questions here. Where exactly was the cyclist? Was the truck going along the road, or making a turn? Who had the right-of-way? Does this area have a lot of issues with large trucks obstructing traffic? Has the community expressed the need for more bicycle and pedestrian safety? Have authorities looked for video cameras nearby or on the truck? Did they pull cellphone and GPS records?
