Bakersfield, CA — January 26, 2024, a bicyclist was injured in a truck accident at approximately 12:00 noon along Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
According to authorities, a bicyclist was traveling along Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in the vicinity south of the Belle Terrace intersection when the accident took place.
The causal factors that led to the crash are still unclear. Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, the bicyclist was involved in a collision with an 18-wheeler.
