Round Rock, TX — July 12, 2024, Austin Tremblay was injured due to a motorcycle accident at around 10:00 p.m. along Stone Oak Drive.
According to initial details about the accident, it happened in the area of Stone Oak Drive and Top Rock Lane.
Investigators said that 32-year-old Austin Tremblay was on a Kawasaki motorcycle going southbound on Stone Oak. At Top Rock, the motorcycle somehow hit the end of the median, throwing Tremblay from the bike. As a result, Tremblay sustained serious injuries. Authorities did not mention anyone else involved in the accident.

Right now, the cause of the crash is unconfirmed. Some folks, though, may have already made up their minds. The fact of the matter is people are quick to assume that motorcyclists are reckless. Even authorities can be victim to this bias. While a car accident can bring up concerns of mechanical issues, road hazards, tire blowouts, and other unavoidable factors, motorcyclists tend to be blamed before the facts are clear.
This is one of the reasons independent investigations have proved far more reliable when it comes to getting answers after crashes like this. Perhaps authorities here have been more diligent to not let bias affect their efforts, but it’s not something I would take for granted.
