Texas City, TX — May 25, 2023, Audrey Annette Davis and a young girl were injured after a semi-truck accident at 10:55 a.m. on Highway 146.
Details released by investigating officials indicate that the crash took place in the area of Highway 146 and F.M. 646.
Authorities reported that 41-year-old Audrey Annette Davis was in a Chevy Tahoe that was coming out of a driveway along the east side of the highway. While turning onto the highway, it appears that a northbound tractor-trailer crashed into the side of Davis’s vehicle.
As a result of the collision, Davis sustained injuries which authorities described as incapacitating. A 7-year-old girl in the Chevy had injuries said to be non-incapacitating. No other injuries were confirmed. Currently, there is not enough information to confirm details surrounding the collision.
