Carrollton, TX — May 11, 2024, Arjun Singh Saini was injured as the result of a single-vehicle car accident at around 12:37 a.m. along Frankford Road.
According to preliminary information about the crash, it happened at the intersection of Frankford Road and Interstate 35E.
In their statements, 24-year-old Arjun Saini was in a Nissan Altima going along Frankford. At the split for north and southbound I-35E, the vehicle apparently went off-road and crashed into a concrete barrier. Due to the crash, Saini sustained reportedly serious injuries. There are no other confirmed details about the crash available right now.

One of the challenges with single-vehicle wrecks like this is how authorities typically go about their investigations. If the only person around to witness the crash is seriously injured, they may not be able to speak with the authorities. Thorough investigators will generally follow up when the victim is able to tell their side of the story, but sometimes officers just go with their gut and move on. That can leave victims out in the wind if they were relying on the authorities to give an accurate account of what happened.
I’ve had a lot of folks call the firm with unanswered questions for that exact reason. That’s why I’m always so adamant about the importance of independent accident reconstructions. At the end of the day, the evidence needs to be able to speak for itself. Right now, I don’t see any reason why that wouldn’t apply to this crash, as well.
