Eastland County, TX — June 16, 2023, Antonio Andrade was killed following a charter bus accident at around 12:20 a.m. along F.M. 2214.
Authorities said that the accident took place roughly two miles outside of the town of Desdemona.
It appears that the incident involved 50-year-old Antonio Andrade who was reportedly in a westbound vehicle on F.M. 2214. For reasons which are still under investigation, the vehicle crossed paths with a charter bus that was going eastbound on the roadway. The vehicles collided head-on as a result.
Due to the crash, Andrade sustained injuries which proved to be fatal. The driver of the bus was said to have serious injuries following the crash. No other injuries were reported. Further investigations are ongoing, and factors surrounding the crash are pending the results of those investigations.
