Cameron County, TX — August 14, 2025, Alvaro Morales was injured as the result of a car accident at around 8:25 p.m. along FM 2556.
According to initial statements, the crash took place near Cantu Road north of Tierra Bonita.
Investigators said that 66-year-old Alvaro Morales was in a Ford Crown Vic going northbound along the roadway. The vehicle somehow failed to stay in its lane, and it ultimately crashed. Due to this, Alvaro Morales reportedly had serious injuries.
