Coryell County, TX — September 11, 2023, Allison Pearl Gallegos was injured in a collision with an 18-wheeler around 4:20 p.m. on F.M. 116 in Coryell County.
Sources report Ms. Gallegos’s Chevy Tahoe was traveling northbound on F.M. 116 behind a Peterbilt semi-truck. The semi-truck allegedly fully left the northbound lane and entered the center median lane before attempting a right-hand turn onto Elijah Rd. The victim’s Tahoe reportedly began to drive past the intersection with Elijah Road when it collided with the turning semi-truck.
Allison Gallegos, 41, purportedly suffered serious injuries in the crash.
Reports indicate authorities have not determined the cause of the crash.
