Cedar Park, TX — May 19, 2023, Allex Morrison and two others were injured following a possible DWI accident at around 7:41 p.m. along Whitestone Boulevard.
Details released by authorities indicate that the crash happened in the area of the Whitestone Boulevard (RM 1431) and Lakeline Boulevard intersection.
Information at this time suggests that 47-year-old Allex Morrison was driving a Ford F-150 along westbound lanes of Whitestone. Morrison stopped for a red light at the Lakeline intersection, as did a BMW. As Morrison and the other driver waited, police say that a Mercedes-Benz approaching from behind did not slow down in time and slammed into the two vehicles.
It appears Morrison and two people from the Mercedes-Benz had injuries described as non-incapacitating. The BMW driver had no listed injuries. At this time, there are allegations that the Mercedes-Benz driver was under the influence of alcohol at the time. There may be a pending charge for intoxication assault, but details cannot be confirmed at this time.
