Arlington, TX — September 9, 2023, five people were injured as the result of an alleged DWI car accident at around 9:38 p.m. along West Park Row Drive.
Officials said in preliminary statements on the crash that it occurred in the area of the West Park Row Drive and South Cooper Street intersection.

According to current details, a 17-year-old and a 15-year-old were in a Toyota Camry said to be going westbound along Park Row. That vehicle reportedly attempted to turn into the parking lot of Arlington High. While doing so, however, an oncoming Nissan Sentra crashed into the Toyota.
As a result of the collision, a 22-year-old man riding in the Nissan had reportedly incapacitating injuries. Three others had apparently non-incapacitating injuries. They were a 29-year-old Midlothian man, another 29-year-old man, and a 15-year-old. The teenagers from the Toyota also had apparently non-incapacitating injuries.
At this time, details allege that the Midlothian man may have been intoxicated at the time of the crash. This and other details remain unconfirmed pending further information from authorities.
