Tarrant County, TX — May 11, 2024, Alfred Edwards was injured in a motorcycle versus car accident at approximately 4:45 p.m. along Anglin Drive.
According to authorities, 61-year-old Alfred Edwards was traveling on an eastbound Honda Motorcycle on Forest Hill Circle at the Anglin Drive intersection when the accident took place.

The motorcycle had the right of way at the intersection and proceeded to begin a left turn in order to head northbound on Anglin Drive. However, officials indicate that, for reasons yet to be confirmed, a southbound Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck began to brake too late for the stop sign and went into a skid at the intersection, resulting in a collision between the front-end of the pickup truck and the motorcycle.
Edwards reportedly suffered severe injuries as a result of the wreck. He was transported to a local medical facility by emergency medical services in order to receive necessary treatment. No other injuries have been reported.
