Jim Wells County, TX — September 9, 2024, Alexis Cavazos was injured following a car accident that occurred at around 1:27 A.M. on US 281.
An investigation is underway into a car accident that left one person injured during the early morning hours of September 9th. According to official reports, Alexis Cavazos was travelling in a Ford F-150 on US 281 in the northbound lanes when for unknown reasons, the vehicle left the roadway and drove off of the overpass.
As a result of the impact, the vehicles sustained significant damage, and when first responders arrived on the scene, they found that Cavazos had sustained serious injuries and transported her to the hospital. At this time there has been no further information released about the accident, including the status of Cavazos’ injuries.
